Luxury Supply is a company registered in England & Wales specialising in the resale, buying and renting of authentic, pre-loved designer handbags and accessories ,including consigned items. Other services offered include events, authentication and styling with trusted industry partners. Our curated selection includes iconic names such as Chanel, Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Bottega Veneta, and other high-end labels.

 

 

1. ELIGIBILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES

To use our website or engage in any commercial transaction, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By accessing our platform or entering into any agreement with us, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

 

1. ACCOUNTS & PERSONAL INFORMATION

Some activities such as order placing/source request , selling to us and RSVP’s may require you to share information on your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential

• Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be fraudulent, inactive, or misused.

 

1. PRODUCT LISTINGS AND CONDITION RATINGS

We are committed to accuracy in presenting the items available for sale or rental. However, due to the nature of digital displays and second-hand goods:

• Images and colour accuracy: We strive to present colours as true-to-life as possible, but due to varying device displays, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.

• Condition assessments: All items are reviewed by our in-house team, and condition grades (e.g., “Excellent,” “Very Good,” “Fair”) are subjective professional opinions. These should not be interpreted as formal or objective authentication certificates.

• Vintage items: By nature, vintage or pre-loved items may show signs of wear. These are disclosed to the best of our ability but may include minor imperfections.

 

1. BUYING FROM US

All purchases from Luxury Supply are subject to the following conditions:

• Prices are listed in GBP and inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

• Availability: Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and may be removed or updated without notice.

• Acceptance: We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order, including those with suspected fraudulent activity or pricing errors.

 

1. AUTHENTICITY DISCLAIMER

While Luxury Supply exercises strict due diligence to verify the authenticity of an item which goes through layers of authentication including the use of Ai microscopic technology. Luxury Supply stands by the authenticity of every piece through our professional assessment. In the unlikely event that an item is proven inauthentic by a mutually agreed, industry-recognized authority, we offer a full money-back guarantee. In such event, the customer must notify us within 7 days of receipt and provide credible supporting documentation.

 

 

1. SELLING TO US (OUTRIGHT OR CONSIGNMENT)

We offer clients the opportunity to:

• Sell their item directly to Luxury Supply (“Buyout”), or

• The Consignor enters into a consignment arrangement with Luxury Supply, whereby the item remains the sole property of the Consignor while in our possession, until such time as the item is sold.

However, we reserve full discretion to accept or decline any item submitted for evaluation. Our acceptance criteria include:

• Brand authenticity

• Current market demand

• Item condition and completeness (e.g., dust bag, receipt, authenticity card)

• Our internal curation policy

We are under no obligation to accept any submission and may decline without explanation.

Consignment sales are governed by a separate Consignment Agreement, which must be signed prior to Luxury Supply accepting items. The terms of that agreement shall prevail in relation to all consigned items.

1. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

By submitting an item for sale or consignment, the seller warrants that they are the legal owner and that the item is genuine and unencumbered. Luxury Supply reserves the right to charge the cost of third-party authentication, legal recovery, or return shipping if false representations are made.

1. RENTAL SERVICES

Luxury Supply offers select bags and accessories for short-term rental, subject to availability and approval.

• Approval: We reserve the right to decline any rental request based on item value, availability, customer history, or other internal criteria.

• Rental Terms: All rentals must be returned by the agreed deadline and in the same condition in which they were received.

• Late Returns / Damage: Late fees or damage charges may apply. We reserve the right to invoice or charge you for repair or replacement costs where applicable.

• Deposits: A security deposit may be required for certain high-value rentals. This will be refundable upon return inspection.

Full rental terms may be provided separately for individual agreements.

 

1. DELIVERY & SHIPPING

We use trusted courier services to ensure safe delivery. While we strive to meet delivery timelines:

• Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary due to courier or customs delays.

• Responsibility for delays lies with the courier once the package leaves our possession.

• Title and risk pass to the buyer upon dispatch.

• Customers must ensure accurate delivery information is provided at checkout.

Luxury Supply is not responsible for missed deliveries or additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of pre-loved items, we do not offer returns for change-of-mind. However, if your item is materially misrepresented or defective (and not previously disclosed), you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of receipt.

To be eligible for review:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging

• You must provide photos and a description of the issue

• The item must be returned using a tracked and insured service

We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the item is returned in used or damaged condition not previously reported.

Returned items must be sent to Luxury Supply within 7 calendar days of the return being approved. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

 

1. EVENTS & RSVP POLICIES

• 1. Invitations & Guestlist

Event invitations are sent via email or announced on official Luxury Supply social media channels.

• Due to limited capacity, RSVPs alone do not secure admission. Events may have limited capacity, and guestlists will close once full.

• Attendance is strictly by invitation and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Proof of membership or identification may be required.

2. Entry & Conduct

• Luxury Supply reserves the right to decline or revoke attendance without explanation.

• The stated dress code applies at all times; entry may be declined if standards are not met.

• Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. Any behaviour deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate may result in removal from the event.

3. Partner Events

• We occasionally co-host with third parties. In these cases, Luxury Supply accepts no responsibility or liability for the conduct, organisation, or logistics of partner-led events.

• Guests may also be subject to the additional terms and conditions of the partner venue or organiser.

4. Ticketing & Fees

• Some events may require a ticket purchase or contribution fee. Payments are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Luxury Supply.

• Complimentary or priority access for Members is at the discretion of Luxury Supply.

5. Photography & Media

• Please be advised that photography and filming may take place during the event. If you prefer not to be photographed, kindly inform a member of our team in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request, although this cannot always be guaranteed. By attending, guests consent to photography, filming, and the use of such content by Luxury Supply for promotional purposes.

6. Liability & Safety

• Attendance is at the guest’s own risk. Luxury Supply does not accept liability for loss, damage, or injury sustained at events.

• While the venues cloakroom services may be available, guests remain responsible for their personal belongings, which are left at their own risk

7. Changes & Cancellations

• In the event of cancellation by Luxury Supply, reasonable efforts will be made to notify guests promptly.

• Luxury Supply reserves the right to amend timing orlocation if needed ,without prior notice.

8. Age Restrictions

• Events are strictly 21+. Proof of age may be required at the venue.

9. Privacy

• Guest information provided for RSVP or ticketing will be handled in line with the Luxury Supply Privacy Policy.

 

1. PROMOTIONAL CODES AND OFFERS

Promotional codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. They cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. Misuse of promotional codes may result in order cancellation.

 

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our site including product photos, branding, written descriptions, logo, videos, and website design is the exclusive property of Luxury Supply LTD or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, adapt, share, or commercially exploit any of this content without our express written consent.

 

1. DIGITAL CONTENT RIGHTS

By tagging or submitting any photos, reviews, or content featuring our products, you grant Luxury Supply a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to repost or reuse such content for marketing or promotional purposes, with credit.

 

1. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law:

• All services and goods are provided “as is,” without warranties, express or implied.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or services.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the item or service in dispute.
