RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of the item’s delivery date. All returns are subject to approval following a thorough inspection. Please note that no exceptions can be made for returns outside of this period.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at sales@luxurysupply.co.uk to request a return authorization. Returned items must be in the same condition as when received to be eligible for review. Upon receipt, our in-house experts will inspect the item to confirm its condition. Please allow up to 9 days for the full refund to be complete.
SPECIAL HANDLING
Some of our unique items are stored in specialized warehouses, which may extend processing time slightly. We carefully manage each order to ensure the highest quality standards. We are dedicated to providing authentic, premium items. When browsing, please look for a "Special Handling" label on product listings, which indicates items that may require a few extra days for shipping.
